hello,
When I started building Boundaries™, I kept coming back to a simple question: How do we protect children in a world where most of their lives happen behind a screen, without turning parenting into surveillance?
Today children spend on average 8 hours a day on screenAnd 70% of them actively hide online activity from their parents. Also, we know roughly that 1 in 12 teens face some type of risk in online interactionsFrom cyberbullying to exposure to harmful content or contact with strangers. These are no longer rare cases – they are everyday reality.
Most of the devices available to families today were created for a different problem. Screen-time measures app usage. Location trackers show activity. Parental controls block access. But none of them answer the most important question: Is my child really in danger right now?
Boundaries™ was created to answer that question – carefully, responsibly and with respect for privacy. Our on-device AI looks for real safety risks like grooming, sextortion, self-harm signals and bullying and alerts parents only when something really matters. Don't read everything. No continuous monitoring. No unnecessary noise.
This balance means a lot to me. When children are safe, they deserve privacy. Parents deserve clarity even when they don't deserve clarity.
Our goal is simple: to provide families a way to stay connected, protected, and trusted in a digital world that often makes it difficult to do so.
Thank you for being a part of that mission.
